Deeply Plaid is written by Christopher Gudger-Raines. The term Deeply Plaid honors my Appalachian roots though I’ve relocated to the Pacific Northwest. I also like plaid shirts.

I am ordained in the United Methodist Church and currently serve Orchards United Methodist Church in Vancouver, Washington. I previously served in Portland, OR and in my home state of West Virginia.
